1) Customer Service Assistant
The individual will be involved in the operations management of Tea Chapter tea house & restaurant. The job covers a broad spectrum of operations which include Tea Art Demonstrations, Customer Relations, Facility and Equipment and staff management.
Requirements:-
Singaporeans and PRs Only
Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English languages
Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
Able to perform 2-rotating shifts on a 6-day week basis
Ability to converse in Japanese would be an advantage
2) Retail Sales Assistant
The role of this position will cover the day-to-day operations of Tea Chapter retail shop. The job would include sales of the tea leaves and utensils, ensuring accuracy of cash transactions and handling customers’ enquiries with professionalism. Training will be provided for those selected.
Requirements:-
Singaporeans and PRs only
Experience in sales using Mandarin and English Language
Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
Able to perform 2-rotating shifts on a 6-day week basis
Ability to converse in Japanese would be an advantages
